    Mine is Windows 7 pro, honeys is W 8. She likes W 8 from work experience. I chose 7 just due to all the complaints I have heard from people

    all of the above software will work on both units as far as system requirements what ever you decide to do make sure it has a firewall or purchase a firewall software also !!!
