It can be found, Question is. Are you willing to pay the price. The places you would get it and they are out. Are the ones not jacking up the price. The palces you can find it. They are charging twice, sometimes 3 times what you were getting it before. Mostly gun shopps are the one sticking it in your rear. I'm fairly comfortable with what I have in 9MM 7.62 X39 308 and 22-250.. of all things it the 22lr is the one eluding me now.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

All the pawn shops around here are keeping walmart and academy sold out. Then reselling it for at least twice the price.

Cheaper than Dirt is doing the same in Fort Worth. They line up every morning and buy everything before the customers have a chance to purchase. Same
price gouging and doubling the price. Had a friend pay the price at Cheaper than Dirt and it was double tagged. Their price tag over a Wal-Mart price tag.
Kind of knew it was happening, no doubts now. We are still limited to only 3 boxes of anything. Found some .22 shorts yesterday and all were gone this
morning. Got more than I need for the lever gun. Have had backordered .22 ammo at Cabela's for more than three months, but not going to give up on what
    I ordered.

Walmart changed it's ammo policy allowing only 3 boxes per customer. If you see anyone buying more, complain to the manager.
Wal-Mart limits ammo purchases to three boxes per customer per day

Pawn shops have people buying for them. You get 15-20 people buying 3 boxes at a time and it doesn't last long. I wish walmart and academy would let you order it, so you wouldn't have to go wait in line, and still may not get any.

If any of you men are reloading. I just backordered 3k small pistol primers for 2.99 per 100. Their website say 3.99 per 100. Andrew who took my order confirmed 2.99 per 100. This is a good price. You can have primers and powder shipped to your local BASSPRO with no hazmat or shipping fees.

I decided not to buy anything from cheaper than dirty anymore. After looking online for magazines and ammo, and seeing the prices tripled what they were in november. Some stores are still the original prices. "the sportsman guide" seems to still have original prices.

X2 on cheaper than dirt. I won't do business with them. I found hi cap mags at the regular price for both my .40 and 9mm at grabagun and botach at regular prices with free shipping. I understand supply and demand but I don't agree with gouging prices like they have at all.

Just to let the smart butts know! I am stocked on most ammo and have been since the first election. Aroud here we shoot alot and 22lr and also 5.56 go fast! I asked if it was hard to get everywhere as it is here. I want to shoot and have had to work hard to get 22lr. i don't want to stock pile anymore, just have fun! To let those wondering about Wal-Mart know the only way to get it is to be there in the wee hours of the morning. You have to find out when they put it out and be there. They are getting plenty in its just getting bought up and some of it is the price gougers. I was originally aggravted with this, but a wiseman told me what is the difference between ammo and stocks. He said the American Economy was built around supply and demand.. Thats why gas is so high! He said for me not to throw stones unless I hadn't ever bought anything and profited from the sale. It is crazy though right.
