That just ain't right. Here I sit on one more Saturday morning after I have made sure everyone came in; I can't leave because they might leave too if I do; got to stay to make sure the schedule is kept up.
And you are telling me that retirement is a bother?

That reminds me of a day when I was working, the forman tells me the "company guy" has taken off for the day and he is going to dodge out and wanted the next guy in line to be in charge of the crew.......
Ok, then, when he left, the next fellow in line decided he was leaving too, and left me in charge of the crew .......
Well, after he left, I decided, shoot, I'm in charge now, so, I decided I'd take the rest of the day off too, not only that, I told everybody else (6 guys) they could take the rest of the day off, Lol.
That night I get a phone call from the forman, he's saying the "company man" showed back up, and nobody was there ! ! ! ! ! I told him what we did, he got a laugh out of it and told the "company guy",
do what ya want to do about it fellow = nothing ever became of it = but was pretty funny ...............
