    Hope every one has a great celebration.

    I have made over a quart of bbq sauce and prepped over 15 lbs of brisket to smoke. I think we will be having a great celebration.

    Great minds Ranger...I made up a gal. of KC style and a gal. of SC gold (mustard) bbq sauce Tue. night. Did up three racks o ribs, and in hind sight shoulda done six.
