I saw all this on Monday and heard Glen Beck rant on it, yesterday also. For some reason this doesn't pass the 'smell test'. I believe there is some other underlying issue we don't know that the bank cannot discuss. McMillian can say anything as they are/were the customer.

To a larger issue, the speed and ease of the news cycle is beginning to concern me. Between facebook, twitter and the multitude of 'news sources' occurances go viral before a full 'vetting' can be achieved. Consider the Trayvon Martin case. On the first day it sure looked like Zim was guilty...but after a week and the evidence/false evidence kept coming out his guilt is surely questionable if not unprovable. This is just one example of the many that keep coming out.
