Everybodys right.....you can't just hang it up....you got to keep going. If you like to fish then keep on fishing....might as well hurt fishing as to hurt being in your recliner.

thanks G, was NOT implying anything bad, I've heard of those bracelets, just never talked to anyone about it. If they help, they help, that's the important thing. My pain is not bad like some of you guys indicate, (no meds yet) and don't take aleeve or anything very often for it, it seems like some days are worse than others for no apparent reason. Just trying to stay ahead of the curve for a change instead of being behind it. LOL.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Rusty, how often do you have blood work? I'm worried about you. Aleve will cause some problems.

well, I guess I'll buy another license, but I haven't quite figured out how I'm gonna navigate and negotiate the banks of the Kankakee yet...I've got a few offers to fish private ponds, but it's not the same as trying to figure out what makes the fish tick in pressured waters - which is what I've always prided myself on. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for the feedback.

Does anybody take meloxicam? Have to get blood work every once in a while...tried cortozone shot...lasted bout as long as a fart in a whorl wind. Take a couple 1 or 2 hydrocondone (usually towards evening). Planted some tomatoes last week...liked to killed me. Think I may need knee replacements shortly.

Anybody ever had a joint replacement? Kinda hesitant but this thing is wearing my ass out....doc says I have no fluid in knees and the arthritis thing, its only going to get worse.

Man, I just can't imagine totally giving it up...I would want to get out at least once a month. I know once you get going the limbs kinda loosen up...hang in there...
Sacred Heart of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death. AMEN
For those who believe, no explanation is necessary....for those who don't, no explanation is possible
For the sake of his sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and the whole world
