Ranger thanks for posting that. That was some interesting reading where he goes against the conventional wisdom of treating cholesterol suggesting that vascular inflammation is what should be eliminated. All the statin peddlers out there sure won't be agreeing with this line of thought.

I had heard this Dr the other day on some TV program and was wanting to read more on that but I had forgotten his name so I wasn't finding any info on that. It will be interesting to see how his idea plays out and if it will hold up overtime. I wonder if Crisco will now be acceptable to put back into our diets. Yummy yummy.
