Crappie, if you don't come here how will these people learn the truth? How will they get the facts? How will they grow in knowledge? How will they become more tolerant of differing opinions? Well, mr. LBM I apologize for my comment made last night. You guys are most likely all really good people. Myself, I don't think it makes any difference who's in office, it never seems to help make my life any better. I think they are all just a greedy bunch of politicians that could care less about the American people. Also, we have another bunch of the same type coming up, more promises, more lies, more B.S. I'm a fisherman, not a person who likes to debate everything. I don't think this is any place for me...Thanks for the lessons...

Brother you are wrong, this is a place for you. This site has become...evolved...into a better site. Some of these guys in here have been around a long time. just because someone might have a different opinion and not express theirs in a diplomatic way, don't take this crap personal. I'm with you, take all politicians and put them in a bag, shake it up and throw them out...they are all the same.

Did you know that the US has an unlimited, untapped source for oil in and area of Alaska that we don't touch because some people in Canada find it offensive. They say we'd be ruining a natural habitat and that it would become unsightly...only thing is, it's so far up that no one would ever see it, not even the Canadians who are pressuring the US to NOT tap their own resources!

So how do I know this you might ask? I went to hear a lecture at my local library and the Canadians responsible for this were there trying to get us to support them...but, with the price of gas being what it is, and the fact that I don't care for them sticking their nose in our business when they certainly don't want anyone doing it to them...screw the Canadians, and let's tap into our own resources.
