That way it is put it makes it look totally exagerated. you show 66% increase but in actuallity its increasing from 3% to 5% so its a 2% boost and after 4 years it drops to 4%

anyway you figure it that's 66% from 3 to 5. don't sugar coat a turd. i'm sure it still stinks. that is for peoples that live there. i stays in ark and have a homestead deal locked in of a 350.00 exemption on my abode and my taxes on my house and property/yard/3 acres is 35 cents.

no nim. the house is rock. no trailer house here. speaking of income taxes i got to get my fourth quarter tax in. another thing about ark is they've lowered the tax on groceries and are fixing to lower them more.
