    old computer died, now on an ASUS laptop and it won't load the puzzles, what's up with that? any suggestions?

    I was first going to say that Java may be disabled but then I remembered that JigZone says they use HTML5 not Java for the puzzle display on all modern computers. I'm thinking it may be a setting some where on your laptop, probably in an area doing with security, but I wouldn't know where. Especially since you probably have Windows8. Is the ASUS new?

    Here is a troubleshooting page at JigZone but the help is minimal in my opinion.

    I would try installing Firefox if you haven't already and see if it works in that browser.
