I hear ya beagler, We heat with wood too, looks like I'm going to buy an extra cord of wood. However wood heat is not our only source of heat.

A customer was in the store raising XXX with me about the grocery prices like I told him fuel has gone up . He said he can't eat gas though. I then proceeded to tell him that fuel is how the items get to the store so if fuel goes up so does everything else.

I heat with wood so I'm lucky there chain saws gased up and ready to go just waiting for some cooler weather to start cutting.
