    Default Japan to the rescue

People wonder where all the help is when we need it, well I dont know about other countries, but Japan has stepped up to the plate and has donated almost 15 million to the Katrina recovery effort. That shows me that there are some efforts from abroad to help, even if it is only a hand full, it helps.

    Default That's great

It's good to hear that, and I hope that others follow suit. It's funny though, cause Japan probably makes that off US tourist in a month in Hawaii. (I'm not griping in any way, I just thought it was funny.)

I had a cousin stationed there for 3 years back around 1985 and I went over there, got in touch with him and he showed me around. He said that it was a little known fact that Asian countries owned about 85% of Hawaii at that time. He's a Colonel with the Air Force and in the Homeland Security now, a Christain man that I don't believe would lie to anyone. I'm not sure what the figures are now, but I doubt they have sold out everything.

    Arrow Big cities....

...Saw a news prog. awhile back, they showed evidence that alot of big US cities had big % of property owned by non-US co....I think NYC 40% non-US......not sure of all facts but don't doubt it.......not with the current internet Dot com get rich-quick scheme mentality....If you remember right after 9/11 we froze Millions-Billions $ of arab money in US banks.... :D

Default Over 90 countries offered help

People wonder where all the help is when we need it

Maybe US is just too proud to acknowledge the public about what other countries have offered.
