Clifford, I don't live in Nashville, but I think you might look at the Smyrna area. Traffic in Nashville is worst than bad and most of the main roads are going to have major traffic jams every day. Best to look in smaller towns or more rural areas. Cost is going to be high anywhere around Nashville. I wish I could be more help, but it changes so fast in this area, it's hard to keep up.
