You started with 40 Lb bag --- how many do you have left --- I like them cold too.. the wife and I been working on an 8 Quart pot of Seafood Gumbo for 9 Hours. All we got to do is warm it up tomorrow and make some Rice ---- Half will go in the Freezer for another Meal
