My stepson, Andrew Engolio, (my wife's son), passed away this afternoon after battling brain cancer for over a year and a half....he was 54 YO...he owned a very successful catering company in New Orleans (Catering de' Orleans)....he had a degree in Enviromental Science and Law from LSU but cooking was his passion..Didi was able to be there by his side when he passed....please remember him in your Prayers....
