Man G, that looks good! All of it! My wife got me one of those for Christmas and I have liked everything I have tried in it so far. I have NOT tried the fish yet though. I have done mushrooms, fried chicken, and Hot wings, all came out GREAT! Only thing with the hot wings, if you do several batches, make sure you dump out the grease in the bottom or it will smoke up the house. My nephew said he had tried some fish with fish fry but it was like the fish fry didn't cook. I am thinking the olive oil sprayed on them would help with that. Thanks for the time and temps, I will definitely use that.
