We'll finish up the crawfish enchiladas this evening that Ann made last weekend. A friend of ours gave us a fresh baked French bread. Ann says she will make French toast for dessert - nutmeg, cinnamon, beaten eggs, and fried in butter in the skillet. Top that off with some real maple syrup from a friend I traded jellies with in Vermont who does his own. The real thing, not the crap you would buy at Walmart
