UPDATE.......just got back from the eye doctor......he finally put a name to what I have.....seems like I have what is called "third nerve palsey".......the nerve that controls the eye muscles takes a vacation and the eye muscles forget what to do.....long story short, it may heal itself but no time period attached to that....a few days, or 6 months or years....surgery is a last approach option.....seeing another specialist on Jan. 6.......the doctor just got back from Eagle lake at Vicksburg.....he made me promise to take him out to Henderson in the spawn.....said continue to wear the eye patch and there is no reason to restrict any activities......including fishing......man, what a great Christmas present.....God is good.....Prayers work....
