Pulled the fly rod out this morning and tied on a small gill fly and found some water willing to share its' bounty. Caught 40 and kept 20 nice ones to feed the wife and I.
Decided to catch some before taking photos but that plan failed. Last fish caught was this one and after I took her picture, the battery died in my camera. No big ones
got away today. Windy and sunburned my hands a little, but the turkeys are out and gobbling. No, that is not a gill fly in her mouth. Just a crappie jig.

Weird and dangerous day on the interstate today. First all the weird. Passed by 2 swimming pools going 70 plus mph on one trailer. Passed by a midway ride that had 4 12 foot or so tall bears about 8 foot diameter. Very cute until they ran out of gas and blocked my exit while the driver walked to get some gas. Caused a nice back up. Also passed by a huge boat with 4 300 yamaha's on the back. Wrapped out. Some sort of salt water pro team. Then the dangerous. I normally set my cruise at 65 on good roads, when towing. Got passed by an 18 wheeler, who decided to merge in my lane when his back end was even with my mirrors. I did not even have time to see if someone was on my other side as I swerved out the way. Saw my life flash. You could tell he realized as he slowed down in front of us. Guess he decided we were okay and drove away like he was doing 80. Had that special Savior riding with us today. Thank you God.

Had the dental implants replacement done this morning. Both at the very back end of my mouth, one a wisdom tooth. The ones that failed and I jerked out with the needle nose pliers a few of months ago because they were bothering me like I told you guys about - even had a picture of one to show you guys. It was all warranty work which is good. Thought about not having it done again since in the back of my mouth. I was told that teeth may begin to spread and ending up with gapped teeth in front - don't want to look lake some kind of celebrity on the television. The oral surgeon said we was going it premium time this time. Raised the sinuses and installed extra bone implants. Out for a while in there.
First time in many years I came home and slept during daylight hours, just got up for a while. Feel real guilty for doing that. Needed the rest anyway.
