Actually quite cozy in this small cabin with three dogs. Not going to do the root beer this evening as last night, Ann said I was rude.

Me thinks this will be the one and the wife approves. Thanks much for the help. Found out the footage on getting electricity to the house and the cost. Also found out the
cost of drilling the well. In budget so far. 800' from nearest power pole and the first 400' is free. Water is 35' down and is natural springs. So far, so good.

We spent 3 years remodeling our house (off & on).....some things to think about.....
1. A built-in-the-wall ironing board with a built in light.
2. Storage for mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, steamers.
3. Pre-wire for all possible computer locations.
4. Pre-wire for cable or satellite dish.
5. A built-in dirty clothes hamper.
6. Ceiling fans on the front porch.
A pantry is a nice thing to have also
