No, I am not a contractor, but I can talk the game with the folks there as well as the others there loading up. Enjoy shooting the bull with those fellas. Fired up the smoker and did some ribs. This time, didn't do the normal BBQ sauce, instead did my Korean BBQ recipe. Outstanding as before:

Soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, fresh green onions, brown sugar, etc. Smoke several hours. Chicks tear it up.
Busy day, back is wore out. Another 200 sq. ft. on the flooring in the addition and I'm done with that. I adjusted the TV antenna for a specific network this evening - or I should say Ann adjusted it while I supervised. Real tacos this evening while I watch the pretty girls on the Miss America contest.
Just turn the TV off and look at Ann you knucklehead :biggrin

I love my total home home generator....Entergy power has been out since 5 PM....took about 20 seconds for generator to come on...they say fixed by 11 PM....I don't believe it....really don't care when it is fixed....me, moma and the 3 YO Great grand daughter are staying cool......
