    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 pk of cream cheese
    4 Tablespoons chopped green onions
thyme, chives, chopped garlic and oregano
    bacon

Mix green onions, garlic, and herbs to taste with the cream cheese. Place the chicken breasts between cling wrap and hammer it to about 1/4 inch. Spread the cream cheese mixture on and roll up securing it with about 3 pieces of bacon with toothpicks.

Instructions said to bake at 375 for 30 minutes then broil 5 minutes to crisp the bacon. I baked it a little longer. You might want to add a little salt or Tony Cachere's.

Anne, remember when I did the boneless chops like that at Toledo Bend. I also basted with a light bar-b-que sauce to finish them. Just saying this to let kycreekboy know that would work also.

I remember that Danny - very good fella's! Works well finishing them off with a piece of your pecan pie, or a coconut pie from Hemphill BBQ (I believe we had both).
