The forum software does not allow picture uploads in pms. I don't know why, I looked for options to change it but it's just the way it's been designed.

You can not copy and paste from your pc/desktop. All images need to be uploaded to a server on the Internet to be displayed here or anywhere for that matter.

To get a pic into a pm, just like g says, post it first on a forum. I use the test forum also. It's burried under misc..

once its it's posted in a forum, then you can copy it, and paste it into a pm. It's actually just copying the pictures location/url and displaying it from there.
