    Today I decided to make it scrambled instead of an omelet......taste just as good....

    3 eggs, bacon bits, smoked gouda pimento cheese(Whole Foods store), salt & pepper.....

    Smoked cheese in that with a fresh newspaper to sit down to. Doesn't get much better than that my friend.
