    Default Red River Gator

I've heard there were gators in the Red, but hadn't seen one before. But last week, this big one was hanging out at one of the casinos on the bank for a few days. Actually heard surveillance had watched him catch and eat a stray cat from the bank. He disappeared when the river started rising again near the end of last week. No news about it, but I found it interesting and thought I'd share that they are around, in case you fish the river much. I'm estimating this one was around 10 ft or so. Tough to tell as I was at least 25 feet above it looking down.
