Default Front pedestal seat in Tracker

The pedestal seats in the Tracker are standard/stock type which come with it. Even though I fish by myself a lot, I remove the front deck seat and pedestal and put it in the truck. The reason being is I can't see clearly around it. I have to have clear visibility when underway, funny about that. Those "butt" seats appear they may work. I would like some comfort up there instead of standing all the time as well. Plus, one of these days I'm going to fall in. I can get something like that for the Tracker? The pedestal pin is 3/4" threaded into the deck. If you guys have suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I just lay my seat in the bottom of the boat til I'm ready for it. Can you do that?

I guess I could do that, but really didn't want anything loose laying around. I'll have to think about that. Thanks for the replies.

Can't remember where I saw it but maybe it was at grizzly jig dunno......but anyway they have a pedestal on the market 3/4 in pin hole that's designed by Bill Dance.. and you can pull a lever and the seat pedestal and all cantilevers down to the floor.....get where your going pull the lever and pull seat and pedestal back up. I have two seats on my front deck side by side and I can see good with them folded down. But when driving slow even with my motor trimed under my bow was too high to see good. I put a Sport SE 500 Stabilizer on my motor and I can hold my front end down low enough to see good even at low speeds....on plane it was never a problem and I can trim on out.

Bungie cords secure loose items in my boat....I always have a ice chest, large minnow bucket on board and usually another item or two

I have 3 seat positions up front. I pull the seat from the pedestal and put it in one of the side holes when running.

I have a "butt" seat in my tracker and leave it in all the time also got a longer pedestal, don't screw in but it fits, don't like to sit to low when fishing.
