    Tempura fried crappie, onion rings, sweet potato fries, and hush puppies. Finished with Louisiana fresh strawberries:

    My wife's whole family, in Louisiana, used to cook like that. I gained 10 Lbs just visiting her folks for a day or two.
    I just wish I could be better at fishing. Or maybe luckier!:D
