Well, I don't mean up there....yet....
I mean these yellow stone ground, never processed grits....just can't beat them on a cold day....lots of staying power there.....got them from my stepson in New Orleans....the one with the catering business.....he serves them with shrimp sometimes...it's a popular item with his clients...
just slow cook for about 30 minutes constantly stirring .....add a little real butter, salt and pepper.....uuummmm gooood...
