Randy you must have been reading my mind. I was thinking about getting a brisket this time in and smoking it with some pecan wood that I have at the camp.
I still haven't figured out how to post a picture to CDC, I think I will make that my mission in life today.

try turning the camera sideways and retake a picture and post another, not sure if this helps but it's worth a shot
