Someone once told me if you pulled a ski or tube behind a Bass Boat it would damage the engine, jinx the boat, and you would never catch another fish. Probably true for crappie too.

Not really a bass boat anyway. Buster , I know Searay was kidding you, but what he don't know is you can't jinx a blessed boat. Looks like a great time, heck I might take a dip myself this week in the Bend. I'll get in gently so there won't be a sunami. Going up Tuesday, son-in law found us some bass. He caught a 4, two 5's and a 6 sat. Put em all back. I don't mind catching seconds. Also, still finding some perch deep. Take care. Danny

Yea I was kidding for sure. Some of our old die hard fisherman use to give us a hard time if we pulled our kids on skis and tubes but it kept the family together in good fun. Glad y'all had a great day.

Danny, hope you have lots of luck at the Bend when you go.
And don't worry about the lake rising it is so hot your gonna need a good dip.

I am taking off next week and we are going to take the camper and boat to Cypress for the week to fish and play some more, I tried to talk the wife into going to the North Toledo SP but she said Cypress. Gotta keep momma happy.
    have fun be safe. Buster

Buster, does the North Toledo Bend SP have a pavilion of some sort (thinking about the gathering). I know they have the cabins same as those at the South Toledo Bend SP. Haven't seen it when I fish close to the area while at San Miguel. Just wondering, thanks.
