Well I finally pulled my onions and what a crop. I chopped them all up, vacuum sealed them in bags of a little over four pounds, and put them in the freezer. Now we are fixed for onions for the years. At a minimum, I have 120 pounds of chopped and ready to use onions. A great haul for little effort. Check out the pictures below.
