Sorry, Doc. I couldn't resist. I probably shouldn't of had that last beer. Good luck with the garden.

Looks good. I hope to have some squash soon. I had to replant my maters and bell peppers. So it will be a lil while for them.

Slice peppers in half, take out the seeds. Stuff with cream cheese and wrap in bacon. Put the peppers on skewers and put on the grill. We call them grasshoppers. Excellent. I picked about 15 squash this morning, along with a 2 gallon bucket of snap beans, and about a dozen cucumbers. Picked all that in a steady rain. Got soaked and muddy as hell.

Chipped up bale peppers in hush puppies!Thumbs Up Yum! Your garden is producing early compared to the ones over here. Some folks are starting to get some squash. I just replanted mine cause it wasnt doing anything. I picked a few chyenne peppers this morning. My green maters are about golf ball sized and the Cucs are just blooming.

    Hey Doc,
try pickeling some of those Jalepeno peppers.
Did some last year, and they were great.

also did the same with Banana peppers and mixed both together....

recepies are easy to come by, all you need are some jars and vinegar...
If you think there isn't a God, you better be right!
