I want to ask all of my crappie.com friends to please pray for me and my wife, Diane. There is a chance we may be moving to Homer, LA. I will be preaching at Pleasure Point Baptist Church, which is on Lake Claiborne, on August 28th, in view of a call. They will vote on me the next Wednesday night. The decision will, then, be up to me. Please pray that God's perfect plan will be revealed to me in this matter and that I will have the courage to follow it. For a pastor, moving is always a big decision where we try to separate our emotions and feelings from what we feel that God wants and is best for His kingdom work. Thanks, in advance, for the prayers.

Pastor, I worked in Homer for 30 years and am very famalier with that church. There are some good people there. I still want to invite you to Hosston one day to fish with me on Black Bayou. Unfortunaltey we dont have any water right now and things are bad due to the drought. But one day they will get better.
If I can help you there let me know
Charlie
Pastor:
I know that whatever your decision is that you will know that it was made with help from above and it is what you should be doing. If you end up going over to Homer I just know that those Claiborne crappie better make themselves scarce because the Pastor will box them up just like you do on Cypress. Good luck to you and Ms. Diane whatever your decision is!!!!
