Hopefully it'll be in decent enough shape for hunting season... It's been there since 1964 I believe, so It has seen it's share of High Water. Including '73 when it was completely submerged. We've only had it since '05. The two times water has gotten in since we've owned it we just relayed the floors. We had to replace a couple places that were too rotten and in doing so found lots of more work that needs to be done on the added on part. Whoever built that sure didn't do a very good job. I think the people who owned it before only used it for an insurance camp. This time it's probably gunna be gutted out, if it's even salvageable. Mostly worried about the trailer part because it's so old. We went this morning and sprayed everything down with bleach and turned on some fans.
