    Thumbs up Lsu

Good to see the little guy that planned the public flag burning out of protest at LSU had to change his plans. Instead he decided to give a speech of some sort... the couple thousand that showed up in protest didn't give him a chance. I saw some video shot from a friend's phone and all you could hear through most of it was USA being chanted and a few slurs thrown in here and there. The police had to escort him to safety.

I think everyone can agree that burning the American flag is just wrong. It may not say it anywhere in the Constitution, but that is probably because back when it was written even the THOUGHT of a citizen burning the flag so many had died and fought for in the Revolution was impossible.

I'm pretty sure this little stunt will haunt him for a long time to come

He is lucky that some folks didn't like Old Roy D. Mercer would say "Open a Can of Whoop" (you know the rest) on him.

It is a shame that we have to even worry about someone burning the United States Flag. I wonder what our soldiers think when they see things like that on the news. I have a feeling that I know how something like that makes them feel. Probably unappreciated for the sacrifice they make every day for our country. Shame on anyone who would even consider burning our flag. If they don't like what our country stands for, let them leave and find a "better" country to live in. I can tell them one thing; after traveling outside of the USA on mission trips, there is no "better" country to live in than the good ole USA.
