Only the trolling motor hooked to the deep cycle batteries. The motor, lights, gauges, bilge pump, livewell pump, navigation lights, and a 5 inch side scan all hooked to the starting battery. All the lights are LEDS the side scan doesn't draw much, the bilge pump draws a little, the livewell pump cycles on and off on a timer. I keep jumper cables if I need to jump from the trolling battery to the starting battery if needed. With this boat it has not been needed. The new 4 stroke outboards start quickly and have decent output from the alternator. If I think my battery is getting low I crank the motor and idle a while to replenish the battery. You can get a battery condition gauge that will tell you the level of discharge to the starting battery
