The white ones are riptides as said, and do not have a transducer in the motor head. And if you mount a transducer to motor you'll need percision sonars, dog bone adapters 1 up top and 1 at bottom that has curled transducer cable hard loom that keeps td cable from wrapping up. I think cornfieldcrappie has this also.
