Yes, I put in at long island and fished the normal brush piles straight across from the ramp I think most all crappie fishermen know that they're there, I caught a few before moving just below state park and was able to stay on the second brush pile the rest of the evening. I almost pulled away from it because I started with a 1/16 oz jig and they had nothing to do with it but as I was thinking about leaving I tied two 1/32 jigs on and it took off from there! They absolutely eat it up. All vertical jigging, I couldn't run em off the brush
