I read on a site (don't remember which) a person asking if the boat ramps were open at the coast (around Topsail Island in particular). He said the reason was the ramps at Jordan Lake are closed and if they were open down east he would head that way for some saltwater action. I believe they have closed the State Parks and that is why the ramps at Jordan are closed, not sure. Have any of you heard of any closings?
