Thread: Unspeckled Perch

Got to go again today, went to Lake Higgins in Greensboro. Wind was a chore!! Wound up getting a few late afternoon that unglued from the bottom. Slip floated minnows. With the muddy water and I’m guessing lack of sunlight, they are just about all silver. Amazing how they change from so speckled to almost all silver. Clear up water, I like my speckled beauties!!

Same down here in some lakes! They are crappie right on! Digging out of the mud is the key, for sure!!
