    Wow, 16', I thought Kerr Resovoir was pretty bad at 8.5' above pool.

    Does anyone know when they plan on opening some gates to get lake level back close to full?At 16 foot above full I would imagine it is most of the way to the big oak.Pictures of that would be interesting.

    Guys I know they're keeping the water up at Jordan but every drop they can keep out of the SE river basins is greatly appreciated down here.

    I was around Jordan scouting for deer with a friend from Georgia yesterday. Didn't go by the dam, but they're definitely holding water back. All the ramps are under water and water is up in the parking lots at Farrington Point. The Haw is dropping & not running nearly as fiercely as it was last week.
