Caught these last Friday on high rock. The wind was 15 mph and 20 mph gust and cold , the water temp was 52.3. Found these in 20-21 fow fishing 16 foot deep spider rigging. Fishing with jigs at .58 mph with 2 oz weights , it was so windy that was the amount of weight it took to keep my line straight down in the strike zone. We didn't get started until 12:30 and it took me about an hour to figure out a pattern on the fish and where they were at. We keep 48 fish between 10"-13" here are a few pictures.
With all the rain , cold temps , and wind these fish were pushed off the banks back to deeper water
