I'm sure this has been a thread many times before and assume the debate could rage on for a while. I'm still fairly new to the forum. I did search for previous threads, but didn't see anything recent. Amateur/novice looking for some quick Pro advice. I'm taking off work tomorrow (3/15). I'm not setup for trolling, nor have I ever done so, although it is obvious that I should learn this from you guys! I'm a 1 rod jigger or couple rod minnower, whichever is working, kind of guy. With the weather as it has been, I'm guessing that the fish will be in 12 - 20 fow, but again, I'm a novice. I know a few spots at High Rock that I would hit, but have never been to Lake Norman. I was thinking of giving Norman a try tomorrow as a friend "has heard" good news lately. What do the Pro's suggest? Norman or High Rock? Any structures I should hit if I go to Norman? Any pointers for High Rock? Any and all info welcomed and appreciated. I guarantee I'll leave plenty for you guys!
