You found better water than I did. This pic was taken in the main channel just out of the mouth of second creek yesterday at 1pm. Guy in deep-V aluminum boat about 100yds in front of me had his buddy breaking ice with a paddle. I took it as a sign and went to the house. Not worth tearing my stuff up. These chunks were the size of plywood sheets.
