    Some times I add salt, when I got salt, I keep them in my shop refreg , some times I dont have salt out there.....

    Trying taking that skim of red meat off the top of the fillet and then cut that little red streak out of the middle of the fillet. Then soak them in salt water for 24. Pretty white meat

    Ive never aquired a taste for white bass. But striper and hybrid I can eat.
