Thread: Put Away the Long Rods and Brought out the Ultralight

Charles and I are in a bream tournament this coming Saturday, so we needed to get in a little practice. Put those 16' and 18' rods in storage and brought our the ultralights. Ounce for ounce, these bull Coppernose bream fight about as good as any fish you can catch. Jim went with us and it was his first time ever catching a Coppernose. He lives on a small lake in Raleigh and he has never seen such fighting fish.

We kept a few to eat, but am hoping to go back soon and fill up that cooler. With the spawn about to happen, it should be fun and tasty.
