    Started out bass fishing at 7:30 am didn't get a bite so about 10:00 switch over to our crappie poles. I'm glad we stoped by hwy49 store to get some minnows just in case the bass weren't biting. We caught about 30 crappie in the main channel. They were holding at about 25'. We just slow trolled for a few hours then tried the bass again with no luck. Should have just kept crappie fishing.
