    I really want to thank my partner Darrin Koontz,he was almost a one man team.With my hurt shoulder I was not able to handle the net without his help.He is a Great partner and friend.

    Congrat's to Capp's and Koontz for a great weigh-in on Harris. I also want to thank the CCA for bringing their tournament to Harris Lake. Although small compared to many other lakes, it produced some quality fish during practice and the tournament. If you haven't looked at the CCA results, I'll post the top six below. There were two teams within a fraction of 13 pounds and Capps-Koontz was a small fraction from 14. After Friday's practice, I was sure it would take 15 pounds to win. It would have if there was not a front come through with high winds that shut the bite down by 10:00. Hat's off to some very good fishermen and a lake that produced good fish.

    Definitely some nice fish. That's a pretty terrific weigh in for Harris.
