Hope it heals fast--maybe you can get back out before the spawning season is completely over.

I had to pull this old wagon into the pits for repairs. My knee had been bothering me for some time and took a turn for the worse last Sept. after staining my deck. I went as long as I could before making that dreaded call to the Orthopedic. In January after my last trip on the water, I realized that I could not get into and out of the boat safely.
This knee was operated on 23 years ago for torn cartilage. I went back to the same orthopedic doctor but could not convince him to handle this issue under warranty. Did the MRI which showed two tears in the cartilage. Surgery this past Tuesday. I will be in dry dock for a few weeks.
Take care while out on the water, especially if you fish alone.

Heal fast! I'd bet the surgery for that has improved considerably since you had it last.
Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Been there done that go do the Physical Therapy, It's a lot of work but will help heal the repairs they did.
Good luck Rick on a speedy recovery. Good guy and a good Dr. I now them both. A winning combination. You'll be back at it before you know it.
Capt.C........Life's short. Be a friend. Eat good. Have fun and fish hard!
Good luck!!
Feel your pain! Hope you recover quickly. Had both knees totally replaced. Still hurts me some and the weather doesn't help it either.
Good Luck!
Hope you will be better soon. I have been putting my left knee off for several years now and I am about to the point of not being able to walk much at all. My wife tells me I waddle like a duck, since I am trying to favor my "worse" knee
