Alright ya'll ! Only 25 day's and counting.I guess we should start a countdown for this thing. If ya plan to attend please let us hear from ya before the 23rd of Sept. That way we will know how much to cook .The Dawgg has volunteered to be the chef on this. And from the looks of him he must cook very well. Any one that wants to bring something please post it and we can get an idea of what is needed. Also any prize donations will be greatly appreciated. We have 2 shelters reserved for us at the ramp. Should be plenty of parking as today was the last big hurrah for most pleasure boaters. Dont mean they are all gone just slacked off. We hope to have a great turnout for this event. S.C. is up 2 -1 on the trophy. Ya'll need to get ready for a shoot out this year. This is open to any and all C.D.C. members ,family and friends. Dont be afraid that you wont know what is going on. I dont either. But we love to have new folks come out and give it a shot. If you need any equipment for nite fishin just let us know. If anyone needs to share a ride with a boater please speak up early. We can usually get everyone a seat somewwhere. But please respect the captain and help with his expenses or whatever ya'll work out. .. Get ready and let's have the best one yet. ! Let's go fishing.

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong. Here is my list of who's coming and bringing what!

Sinkermaker plates, cup, utensils Ketchup and slaw
    TurkeyFoot Buns and pie
    ScooperDude
    FishFore slaw
    SeaRay +1
    MacCrappie +1
    Slabslayer +3 Drinks
    Teamhooksetter + Bluegrass
    SS Minnow +2
    Micorps Baked beans and bacon
    Stevie 18 +1

Give me shout if this is not correct or up to date. My meds are strong and I tend to drift off a bit.
We need some more names on here from our local guys and NC participants.
I have a couple of family friends that are going to come out and fish: Mr. Bo Ramsey and his partner Mr. Monk Currence .

Not long at all untill time will tell who the next winners of the NC/SC clash will be. Be very afraid NC !

Wont be long ! Ya'll need to come on down and see that plaque come back to it's real home. Dont be skeered to come and see it handed back to the real owners of the lake Wylie ! Hope TurkeyFoot will post a picture of it. Notice that it has two wins in the S.C. side and one loaner for a year on the N.C. side. We loaned it to ya'l so you wouldnt feel so bad. Come on out and defend that plaque !

Well I have this new boat and I am itching to go fishing. Is this going to be Friday night or Saturday night? I have only been on Wylie only once in my lifetime as a passenger catfishing several years ago. Don't know if it is a smart idea to get on a lake for the first time at night but if I had someone to follow I would be interested in trying it. It would be about a 2 hour haul for me to get there. And once I get there I would not have the foggiest idea where to fish.

Come on down and enjoy the fun. I am driving up from Columbia to fish. Have done it 3 times and only caught a few fish. It is not so much about catching fish as it is about the fellowship. Anybody that is fishing want mind somebody tagging along. I will be following somebody to there hole.

Bring that new boat I want to see it. We all stick kind of close to each other and we pass along phone numbers. We don't want anyone left out on the water broke down or lost. Wylie is fairly safe with only a few hazards. Just don't cut close to the shore line and go slow. We will point you in the best direction for easy travel. Come one come all, we ain't scared of Newly. We already know his tactic's.
